Flyer Winders
The WaM-FW flyer winding machine series, works in fully automated process. The machine is prepared for stand-alone operation or integration in autoline. The loading/unloading portal and the load/unload from free-flow system (see picture), could be installed directly on the machine.
Due to the reduced mass inertia by using multiple axis units, the stand-alone machine have between 7 and 13 servo motors with absolute axis position.
WaM-MCS software enables parallel use of axis units (gearing), precise positions, high repeatability, chain interpolation and slow motion of whole winding process for faster ram-up of your production
Modular concept with 300mm pitch. Single direct drive serv's for U1-4 axis rotation. Motor configuration could be adjusted to winding specifications (speed and torque). Single direct drive servo's for oscillante X1-4 axis. Flyer and pol positioning by seperated X axis and 4-times servo index. Outer straight slot stator could be winded. Standard max. wire size 1,0mm, other diameter on request.
Load/unload system with three (3) pneumatical axis and one (1), resp. two (2) Z-axis servo for load/unload on free-flow system. The max. outside diameter of stator is 100mm, max. height is 100mm. Other dimensions on request.
