WaM-X4

The WaM-X4 robot winding machine, works in fully automated process. The machine is prepared for stand-alone operation or integration in auto line. The loading/unloading system is by intergrated 6-axis robot.

The machine in configurated with six (6) axis direct driven servo motors and one (1) 6-axis robot. The robot system could be used for load/unload, wire cutting and clamping, as well as wire positioning (patent pending).

WaM-MCS software enables parallel use of axis units (gearing), precise positions, high repeatability, and slow motion of whole winding process for faster ram-up of your production. The programming of robot is fully integrated in WaM-MCS.
